A harmonious haze of murky club styles, led by South London’s Coby Sey, with Teether, Willis Anne and Jannah Quill.

For RISING’s final weekend Night Trade beckons us through the Stage Door and into the underground with a series of club nights presented by Crown Ruler.

To kick things off on Thursday, we patch into South-East London’s DIY circuit with a special club DJ set by Coby Sey. A long-time collaborator with Tirzah and Mica Levi, Coby’s recorded work spans live instrumentation, sample-based productions and experimental music, melding hip hop, noise, jazz and grime. Also on the bill is Australian hip hop's ethereal journeyman, Teether. There’ll also be live sets from tech-focused experimenter Jannah Quill, and fellow Melbourne/Naarm luminary Willis Anne—a producer who loves to explore up-tempo rhythms and deep atmospheres.
